There is a small supermarket on the groundfloor of our house and 10 minutes walk to a bigger supermarket. There are several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. The free ski bus and hiking bus stops right outside.

The children's entertainment is ensured in our garden, which features a trampoline, a swing, a sandbox, and a bouldering wall. Guests can book the Achensee Holiday Card and hiking maps in advance.
Summer

Winter
Haus Karoline is located just 500 Meters from Christlum Ski area, a small-scale family-friendly ski area with slopes in all varieties. At Christlum you also find a nice long toboggan run and you are welcome to use our toboggans for the afternoon. The cross-country tracks starts right behind Haus Karoline. The Achensee-region is known for its more than 200 kilometres of standard classic and skating trails.
